An initiative responding to young creatives ages 18-24 seeking a career in the arts who want to return to KL programs (or never really leave) and feel excluded, disposed of, and/or un-affirmed in arts organizations and arts educational institutions who are not welcoming or sufficiently oriented towards teaching, nurturing, and/or valuing young artists of color.
